As a club, Four Seasons provides the most experienced, certified instructors who will design workouts and nutritional programs specifically for your needs. Together, as a team, we are here to give you personalized advice on what you and your body need to achieve your overall goal. This personalized attention is a great way to get started living a longer and healthier life.During a typical training session we will review your progress for the previous week as well as your goals for the up coming week. Then after a brief warm-up we will go through a goal oriented workout. In the workout we will include core and stability, cardio, weight training, muscle endurance, and flexibility.  

We train all age groups and all fitness levels.

Winner will be determined by a combination of most improved fitness level and largest percentage of weight lost.

Contest Details:
Contestants will receive points for every percentage of weight lost and for improving in several areas of fitness including Heart Rate test, push up test, plank test, and sit-n-reach test.

    As a new member of Four Seasons you have the highly recommended option of a program for you and everyone on your agreement, to have a specific workout regimen, tailored to your specific goals and needs, based on what your certified trainer feels you should be doing.

     Session by Session training can be done, please call a trainer today!

    Packages

    We offer 8, 16, and 24 session packages, which can be paid in full or in monthly payments.

    In addition we offer 12 month training packages, with one or multiple sessions per week. 

    Schedules are done on a weekly and or monthly basis depending on your agreement with your trainer.

    Group Training
