This personalized attention is a great way to get started living a longer and healthier life.During a typical training session we will review your progress for the previous week as well as your goals for the up coming week. Then after a brief warm-up we will go through a goal oriented workout. In the workout we will include core and stability, cardio, weight training, muscle endurance, and flexibility.
