Why Strength Train?
- Increases lean muscles which increases your metabolic rate, the rate at which your body metabolizes, or burns, energy. Therefore a higher metabolic rate helps you burn calories quicker.
Increases and restores bone density. Effective weight training can strengthen bones and thus reduce the risk of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.
Helps prevent injury. Stronger muscles and joints help reduce the damage caused by impact in sports and everyday life.

As a new member of Four Seasons you have the highly recommended option of a program for you and everyone on your agreement, to have a specific workout regimen, tailored to your specific goals and needs, based on what your certified trainer feels you should be doing. |

Packages
|
We offer 6, 12, and 24 session packages at a discounted rate if paid up front Schedules are done on a weekly and or monthly basis depending on your agreement with your trainer. |
Group Training
|
We do offer group weight training classes, at least 3 people not exceeding 5 per trainer.
